The terms governing orders, payments, delivery, and warranty.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of premiercustomstorage.com and your purchases from Premier Custom Storage. By using the site, submitting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Quote requests are free and non-binding. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from issuance. After 30 days, prices may be adjusted to reflect current material costs.
A quote becomes a binding order only when you approve it and pay the deposit.
Deposit: 30% of the total order price (including delivery fee, if applicable) is due on order approval. Deposits are processed via Stripe.

Once we begin cutting materials to your specifications, the deposit becomes non-refundable (see §6 Cancellations and Refunds).
The remaining 70% balance is due on delivery. Acceptable payment methods:
If the customer is unavailable to pay on delivery, we may reschedule delivery — additional travel fees may apply.
Delivery is included for orders within 25 miles of Chippewa Falls, WI (54729). Beyond that, distance-based fees apply:
Distance is measured straight-line from our shop. Fees are calculated automatically by the online quote builder and confirmed with the customer before any deposit is collected.
The estimated delivery date in your quote is a target, not a guarantee. Delays caused by material availability, weather, or unforeseen events may push the date by up to 7 days. Significant delays will be communicated promptly.
Customer is responsible for ensuring delivery access (clear pathway, sufficient doorway/garage clearance for the build's dimensions). If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, the build will be returned to our shop and a redelivery fee will apply.
Premier Custom Storage warrants every build against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to:
The warranty covers structural failure (joint failure, hardware breakage, wood splitting from poor materials). It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes due to wood movement, or damage from misuse.
To claim the warranty, contact us at info@premiercustomstorage.com with photos and a description. We'll evaluate and either repair, replace, or refund the affected portion at our discretion.
All website content, designs, photos, and build plans are owned by Premier Custom Storage. Build plans (PDFs) are licensed for personal use by the purchaser only — they may not be redistributed, resold, or used for commercial production without written permission.
Premier Custom Storage's liability for any claim related to a build is limited to the amount paid for that build. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages (loss of use, lost profits, damage to other property) arising from product failure, delivery delays, or any other cause.
Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to registered customers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
